mateuszbiernat deliberately blocked my fleet during truce and lied to other people
I was having truce with mateuszbiernat, then he wanted to pass through a sea zone where I kept my fleet. I agreed that we were to swap position of our fleets so he can pass through as he wished. The full text is quoted below. But then he decided to keep his fleet still, blocking my fleet, blocking me of my chance to land at africa in time. I asked him why he did that, he answered "because i thought you wouldnt move....". If he thought so, he should have informed me that the plan was cancelled.
I told him he violated the truce, and I would attack him, then he lied to other people that I broke the truce. I'll destroy him, the liar, and put him to my block list.

Please clarify... AMS posted what he claims to be direct copies of the in game messages. Are you saying he falsified them?
there is a discussion about this in another thread. you have copies of all the messages and their appropriate interpretations.

You deliberately did against what you said, even if it's not malicious, it's deliberate.
and you deliberately did against what YOU said! you said it yourself that we would arrange swapping of our navies. you arranged squat - you gave me no choice but to stand my navy down.
